Unit History
2d Battalion, 3d Marines (2/3) is an infantry battalion in the United States Marine Corps. It is currently home-based at the Marine Corps Base in Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii.
The battalion consists of approximately 1000 Marines and sailors, and operates under the command of the 3d Marine Regiment and the 3d Marine Division.
