Room Rate:
Our BLT Special Room Rate: The daily room rate is:
- Thursday - $42.00 plus tax
- Friday and Saturday - $99.00 plus tax.
Resort Fee. A mandatory resort fee of $6.00 per room, per night will be assessed. This fee allows access to the Fitness Center, in-room coffee, unlimited local and 800 calls, free Wi-Fi in the Java Coffee Shop and high speed Internet access in the Business Center.
Smoking and non smoking rooms are available.
Our BLT Special Room Rate is valid until September 15, 2011.
Breakfast. A breakfast buffet is available in the hotel.
Hospitality Suite. The Orleans Hotel and Casino is providing the reunion a complimentary executive suite as the hospitality suite. The room number and location will be provided to reunion attendees when they check into the hotel.
Several volunteers will operate the Hospitality Suite. It will be open as follows:
Thursday 1200-2300
Friday 0800-2300 (Closed during the BLT BBQ)
Saturday 0800-2300 (Closed during the BLT Dinner)
The hospitality suite is BLT 2/3 of 1979 reunion’s room for the duration of the event. It will seat about 60 people and will have a few tables. Alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages, and snacks will be available for reunion attendees.
Hotel Ballroom. The Mardi Gras A ballroom is a large room and is complimentary for the Memorial Service and the BLT Dinner on the Saturday evening, October 22rd.
